Understand your subscription and messaging costs
Check the current plan cards on the homepage. When the monthly price and included AI allowance are available, the page also shows a worked cost example. If either is unavailable, confirm the missing amount before estimating your costs.
Subscription
The plan cards show the current USD subscription price and allowances. Monthly billing and an annual payment are different cash commitments: the annual monthly equivalent is not a monthly invoice. Prices are before tax. Check the current plan and billing period before subscribing.
Shared AI allowance
The AI USD allowance is shared by business AI usage, including customer chat, catalog search preparation and audio transcription. It is not a promised number of messages. Catalog preparation can also consume it. AI work already completed still counts toward the allowance if a teammate takes over and stops a pending reply. Monthly allowances reset with the UTC calendar month. Do not assume unlimited usage or an automatic paid overage.
Meta / WhatsApp
Meta charges are separate from the subscription and AI allowance. The amount depends on the applicable market, category, delivered traffic and current provider rules. Manage Meta payment methods and invoices directly in Meta; Botployment does not collect these payments. The channel’s free, billable and unclassified delivery counts are not a complete invoice or a remaining free allowance. Unclassified does not mean free.
A worked example with explicit limits
When the current plan’s monthly price and AI allowance are available, the homepage example uses both. It assumes metered AI use of half that allowance, no purchased extras and monthly billing. That leaves half the AI allowance unused and makes the Botployment subtotal equal to the monthly subscription. The full total still requires Meta charges, applicable taxes and any separately contracted fees. It is not an all-inclusive quote or a traffic forecast.
What is needed for an exact total?
Confirm recipient markets, message categories and delivered volumes against Meta’s effective rate card and account invoice; confirm applicable taxes and any payment, currency-conversion, hardware or separately contracted service fees. If more AI capacity is needed, confirm the available option and its price before assuming a top-up or overage. We do not publish a numeric full total without those inputs.
